Tryouts 2026–27: A Rare Opportunity to Join Our Player Development Pathway
For families and players who value real development, intentional coaching, and long-term growth, this tryout cycle represents a unique opportunity to join our club at exactly the right moment.
Due to age‑group realignment for the upcoming season, we are excited to announce the addition of two new teams:
U15 — Birthdates between 8/1/2011 and 7/30/2012
U11 — Birthdates between 8/1/2015 and 7/30/2016
While adding teams isn’t something we do often, this year’s structural age changes have opened the door for new players to enter our environment—something that can otherwise be difficult due to our consistently high player retention rate.
A Club Built on Development, Not Volume
Our club operates as a not‑for‑profit organization, and that fundamental principle shapes every decision we make. Our goal each year is simple: break even while delivering the highest possible level of training and development.
Because of that, we do not:
Add unlimited teams just to increase numbers
Overload rosters with players who won’t see meaningful development or game time
Bring in unqualified or underprepared coaches to fill spots
Ask families to pay for opportunities that don’t actually serve the player
Instead, we prioritize development over dollars.
We are proud to develop players in-house and to maintain a clear, intentional pathway that carries them through high school and beyond. That commitment leads to strong retention, a cohesive culture, and players who continue to grow year after year—but it also means roster spots are usually limited.
Why Tryouts Matter Here
We believe that if a family is investing in a club, the player should receive:
Qualified, committed coaches
Balanced and competitive rosters
A development-first environment
Honest evaluations and clear expectations
That philosophy also means we’re willing to make tough decisions. We are one of the few clubs that will cut players when necessary, because the alternative—keeping players without a real development plan—doesn’t align with who we are or what we stand for.
Why This Year Is Different
This season’s age‑group shifts have created new entry points into our program. The addition of U15 and U11 teams allows us to expand without compromising our standards—making this one of the best chances in recent years to join our club and experience what truly sets us apart.
Additionally, we are open to adding high school‑level girls teams for the fall season (2010 birth year and up) if the right opportunity presents itself. As always, any expansion at the high school level will be driven by player interest, roster quality, and the ability to provide the same standard of coaching and development we expect across our club. We will never add a team unless we are confident it can be done the right way.
For players ready to commit, compete, and grow in a development-driven environment, this is the moment to step in and become part of something purposeful.
Try out. Get developed. Grow the right way.
